Shipping/Handling

Did You Know? We provide FREE email tracking on ALL USPS & UPS orders!!

Shipping... is done via USPS (usually Priority Mail), but we may opt to ship UPS. We ship almost all orders within 24-48 hours. We pride ourselves in using recycled packaging whenever possible.

Shipping options include: USPS Priority Mail, Express Mail, Global Priority, Parcel Post, and UPS.

Orders to HI & AK please add $3.00 to shipping costs.

Canadian orders please add $5.00.

International orders: We will contact you to confirm shipping costs. APO/FPO are automatically shipped USPS.

* The diaper pail & some diapers may require additional charges due to weight and/or size, however we promise to notify you in advance.

Returns/Exchanges

Return/ Exchange Policy: If you are not satisfied with any item, please return it to us in new, unused, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact for resale within 30 days of date of purchase via UPS or insured US mail and we will gladly refund your money. PLEASE understand items returned with pet fur or hair on them will NOT be accepted for return. Items returned for customer convenience (ordered too many, changed mind, didn't like, etc.) are subject to a restocking fee. For hygienic reasons, maternity underwear are not returnable. Sorry, we do not refund original shipping charges. Customer is responsible for exchange shipping fees unless exchange is due to company error or manufacturing defect. If it has been more than 30 days give us a call and see what we can do. We value your business and want you to be happy! Privacy Statement: We respect your privacy and know how annoying unsolicited advertising can be (not to mention bad for the environment) so we will NEVER sell or give your information to others.

Price Matching: We want to give you the best price available. If you find the same item elsewhere on the Internet with a lower regular price please send us the exact webpage on the site. Once we verify it we will match or beat that price. If you find a sale price lower, let us know anyway, we may not be able to match it but we will try. Some restrictions may apply.
